Please take note of our return policy guidelines:
Items that have been modified or taken apart for testing are not eligible for return. We will not refund items that are not in their original condition, except for items that were damaged during shipping and verified by a Quality Auto Parts representative. Each part is uniquely identified by markings, and any items returned that are not the original part shipped will also not be refunded.
All problems must be reported in writing via mail, email, or fax in order to verify a problem with a particular part or installation.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, please notify our customer service department. Do not send the part back before receiving a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us. Returning the part is your responsibility, and we require a return tracking number. The item must be returned within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the RMA. We will provide you with the return address at the time we are contacted. You must return the part to the location address provided upon receiving the RMA. If you return the item to Colin Auto Parts, it will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at your expense. Once the item is returned, we will inspect it and, upon approval, forward a credit request to accounting. We will then issue a full refund on the original purchase price or send a replacement part. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified and inspected.
