Defective components and items received in error are covered under this guarantee. We provide a warranty for parts only.

When you purchase a part from Colin Auto Parts, there is no coverage for labor costs. In case the part is faulty, we will attempt to replace it first. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the entire purchase price. In the event of a reorder being placed before the first part is returned, we will demand payment for the second part and reimburse the first purchase upon return. Please note that shipping charges for returns will not be covered. When contacting Colin Auto Parts, please provide us with a detailed reason for returning the item.

Colin Auto Parts is not responsible for items that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer at the provided address.

Please be advised that items purchased for ‘testing purposes only’ or those that have been ordered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for return. We strongly recommend that prior to ordering, customers should consult with a mechanical or body expert to ensure that the correct part is being requested. Our company takes great pride in delivering accurate parts and we encourage our customers to conduct the necessary research before placing an order. Any items returned beyond the warranty period will not be refunded and will be promptly returned to the sender. In order to be eligible for a return, parts must be received within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date.

All engine assemblies come with manifolds, an oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or a carburetor; only the long block is guaranteed. The carburetor or fuel injection system, hoses, gaskets, seals, oil pan, timing belts, and covers, aren’t. When it comes to engine sales and/or warranties, accessories including optical distributors, air compressors, turbochargers, starters, alternators, power steering pumps, and electrical water pumps are typically neither covered by warranties nor included in the package. These parts come with a warranty if they are bought separately. The timing chain, spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, water pump, and other parts might also need to be changed.
